In a way, it may be a blessing in disguise that Sarah Palin’s 24,000+ emails were released because it vindicated her from many things (hunting from helicopters, etc.). Troopergate was huge during her time and grew longer legs in the 2008 presidential election. The gist of what really happened is that Sarah did tell the truth and that Walt Monegan lied; however, the press didn’t make that clear did they.
