Joe McGinniss, the Lying King

The old fart who rented a house next door to Sarah Palin over the summer has finally published his book entitled “The Rogue: Searching for the Real Sarah Palin.” It is full of unsubstantiated gossips and lies. Most that were already dragged out in the tabloids in 2008 and 2009, but were already debunked. Even the left wing liberals are forced to defend Palin from this creep.

Andrew Breitbart somehow obtained an email that pretty much proves that “The Rogue” is a literary hoax.

Below is Joe McGinnis’ letter to Joe Griffin, his other partner in crime:

From: Joe McGinniss
To: Jesse Griffin

Subject: I have to ask you for help

Legal review of my manuscript is underway and here’s my problem: no one has ever offered documentation of any of the lurid stories about the Palins. Shailey Tripp is the latest example.

APD and Sarah have denied that Todd had any involvement with her. To my knowledge, no one has provided any evidence that he did. TheEnquirer cites AlaskaWTF, which in turn cites the Enquirer: what good is that? I’m also told that the Enquirer is preparing to back off this story and save face by denouncing Ms. Tripp as an unreliable source who promised documentation she couldn’t provide.

She may be mentally unstable and prone to fabrication, delusion, or both. Her joint may be called Blue Hands Massage (brrrrr!), but she’s no Monica Lewinsky with a blue dress with a semen stain, that’s for sure.

Do you believe that Todd paid her for sex? If so, why do you believe that, other than that you wish it were true?

A lurid, sensational, defamatory story about Todd, based only on the account of a woman charged with prostitution, who is no doubt desperate for money, and who sold her story to the Enquirer, is a gift from heaven for Sarah.

Jesse, you can ridicule Sarah for calling in to the execrable Bob & Mark, but the fact is that as far as this story goes, there’s no there there. And rumors about what might come in weeks ahead are not facts. In fact, they’re garbage.

I’ve neither seen nor heard anything that indicates that Ms. Tripp’s story has any basis in fact. None of the endless crap Patrick posted about her before getting the boot from offers any substantiation.

And even you write frequently that you know things you can’t yet post, but that soon “all will be revealed.” This has been going on since I first became aware of your blog, but as far as I know you haven’t substantiated a single claim or provided verification for a single rumor that you’ve posted about Sarah’s personal life, or the personal lives of any Palin family members. Thus, she gets to denounce what she calls “lies.”

Neither from you, the Enquirer, AlaskaWTF, or anyone else, have I seen a credible, identified source backing any of the salacious stories about the Palin family.

Thus–as Random House lawyers are already pointing out to me–nothing I can cite other than my own reporting rises above the level of tawdry gossip. The proof is always just around the corner, but that’s a corner nobody has been able to turn. Maybe Jeff Dunn has, in which case I’ll be the first to congratulate him. But frankly, at this point, I’m tired of it, and I’ve run out of time.

No one has ever provided factual evidence that:

a) Todd had sex with a hooker, or with anyone else outside his marriage.

b) Sarah had an affair with Brad Hanson, or anyone else.

c) Track was a druggie who enlisted in the army to avoid a jail term. Or that he vandalized Wasilla school buses.

d) Willow was involved in the vandalism of the empty house in Meadow Lakes. Or that Sarah rushed back from Hawaii to put the lid on that.

e) Trig is not Sarah’s natural born child.

f) Bristol was promiscuous as a high schooler and drank and used drugs, or became pregnant again after Tripp’s birth.

Jesse, you were going on and on about Bristol being pregnant while doing Dancing With The Stars. And, if I recall correctly, at the time of her brief glossy-magazine-payday “reunion” with Levi, you surmised that she was pregnant by Ben Barber, or at least by someone who wasn’t Levi. You’ve recently suggested she’s had an abortion, publishing photographs that show her chubby then and thin now. But doesn’t that seem a little “thin” to you, based on nothing besides magazine pictures?

So much has bubbled at the salacious rumor stage for more than two years, but no one has been able to take even one story further.

Jesse, if you can put me in touch with people who are willing and able to substantiate any of the above, now is the time to do so. Otherwise, I hope you won’t complain that there are no startling new revelations in my book. My publisher and I think it’s damning enough without airing the family’s dirty laundry, but because Sarah’s hypocrisy about her family is one of the things that galls me most, I’d like to be able to publish facts in regard to a) through f) above, but I emphasize facts.

Not malicious speculation or third-hand rumors relayed by those who hold a grudge.

For any or all of those who’ve told you they’ll speak out, but not yet, now is the time. My book represents the last best chance to put the truth about Sarah in front of the American people in a documented, verifiable way. But I need facts that I can rely on. I didn’t live this long and work this hard over so many decades to wind up as AlaskaWTF between hard covers.

as always, and looking forward to seeing you in spring or summer,

Today, Sarah Palin’s brother, Chuck Heath, Jr., even came out with this statement:

The McGinniss book is filled with one lie after another. The final straw for me was when I learned that he used me as a source for his lies about my sister and brother-in-law’s marriage. He included in his book comments falsely attributed to me by one of his unnamed sources. Neither McGinniss nor Crown/Random House reached out to me to verify, or even comment on, this alleged hearsay from an unnamed source. They just ran with it, and as a consequence, the tabloids picked it up and used it to fuel false rumors about my sister getting a divorce. All of this is a total lie, and I’m sick of seeing my sister, her family, and our extended family being trashed by smear-merchants like Joe McGinniss and his publisher.

Sarah Palin v. Walt Monegan – Emails Reveal That Monegan Was the Liar

In a way, it may be a blessing in disguise that Sarah Palin’s 24,000+ emails were released because it vindicated her from many things (hunting from helicopters, etc.). Troopergate was huge during her time and grew longer legs in the 2008 presidential election. The gist of what really happened is that Sarah did tell the truth and that Walt Monegan lied; however, the press didn’t make that clear did they.

Read the whole story in email:

Sarah Palin Was Right on Paul Revere

Sarah Palin did not gaffe-up on the Paul Revere issue. She was right & those journalists are idiotic because they’re just basing it off the children’s poem we learned in grade school. Also, “The Regulars are coming,” Not “The British are coming” because they were all British (English settlers).

It was already corrected on this site before it became wide national news. And today the Boston Herald backs Palin on the comment.

And on a non-political site I came across this post:

“Well after a little interesting research. it turned that Sarah Palin was right. The signal from the north tower was a lantern to indicate whether the Redcoats were departing Boston for Lexington on land, by way of Boston neck the longer southern route, or by Sea, the more direct route, across the Charles river and on to Lexington.

Revere’s ride triggered a flexible system of “Alarm and Muster”. Bells, drums, alarm guns, bonfires and a trumpet were used for rapid communication from town to town, notifying the rebels in dozens of eastern Massachusetts villages that they should muster their militias because the regulars in numbers greater than 500 were leaving Boston, with possible hostile intentions. This system was so effective that people in towns 25 miles (40 km) from Boston were aware of the army’s movements while they were still unloading boats in Cambridge.

Revere did indeed have contact with “the British”. About 20 Men, from the 5th regiment, had been dispersed along the route to intercept any messengers – like Paul Revere. Revere escaped the sentries closer to Boston and wasn’t stopped until later in the evening. Revere told them it was too late – they had failed their mission. The British could have called off the their march on Concord, they were warned that Militias had been mustered and were waiting for them.

In spite of this the British continued on to Lexington, where there was a brief fight that the small group of Rebels lost, and then on to Concord where the shot heard “round the world” occurred. The British took heavy casualties and had to retreat back to Boston under fire. Massachusetts was now in open revolt.” Dear please fire your stupid reporters!! (Re:

If only the press puts this much scrutiny on those running the White House or Congress, we’d probably wouldn’t even have the subprime mortgage crisis.

Palin to Obama: Mr. President, Game On!

Did Sarah Palin just indirectly announced that she was going to challenge Obama in the 2012 presidential race? Today in the frigid, cold Madison, Wisconsin air, Palin spoke to union members on behalf of Tea Party America. I missed the live feed on UStream, but some are saying that CBS reported that over 20 million people were watching the live feed!

Here’s the last part of her speech:

We will not squander what we have. We will fight for America and it starts here in Madison, Wisconsin. It starts here. It starts now. What better place than the state that hosts the Super Bowl champs to call out the liberal left and let them know, “Mr. President, game on.”

Lefties Mock Palin & Ends Up Embarrassing Themselves

At a Tea Party rally on Monday in Nevada, Sarah Palin told the crowd to “don’t party like it’s 1773 yet” because we need more conservatives in the House/Senate. Anyway, PBS Washington correspondent and the moderator during the 2008 VP debate, Gwen Ifill, and other Lefties tweeted that Palin had made a gaffe.

How can one not deduced the fact that when Palin mentioned “1773,” she clearly meant the Boston Tea Party when *ahem* she’s speaking at a TEA PARTY rally.

All these Lefties were thinking of 1776, the year the Declaration of Independence was signed. Again *ahem* that has NOTHING to do with taxes. Palin has been stumping across America to get voters to vote against higher taxes by electing common-sense conservatives to the House & Senate on Nov. 2nd.

Lefties think they’re so smart, but ends up making an ass out of themselves and ABC, MSNBC, etc. doesn’t even talk about it.

MUST READS: NewsBusters take on it.

Also, I’m not fond of Christine O’Donnell, but “separation of church and state” is not written literally in the Constitution. Coons couldn’t even name the protections of the 1st Amendment when challenged by O’Donnell. All he could mutter was “freedom of religion” (and quickly changed the subject) when any grade school kid can tell you that “freedom of speech” is also included. And of course, the easy one is “freedom of the press.” BUT you’ll hear/read NONE of his “lack of knowledge” in the headlines!!!

I’m not religious, but what’s wrong with teaching the “divine theory” in class if Darwin’s theory is introduced? The Constitution would not allow public school teachers to teach students their personal faith, but if you teach “religion” as a study, then it’s fine. I wouldn’t care if Creationism is taught alongside Darwin’s theory. Why not? Let people decide for themselves where we came from.

My First Palin Encounter

I drove 2.5 hrs with my co-worker to Bakersfield just to see Sarah Palin today. (She was there to see Mitt Romney and Sarah Palin too, but she is a Romney fan.) This is my first political rally ever!

Rudy Guiliani took up the most time I think. He didn’t seem presidential to me. At first I thought he’d might make a great vice-president, but now I’ve changed my mind. He seems very friendly, but I do not get that presidential leadership feel from him.

Mitt Romney came out to thunderous applause and flag waving (as did Guiliani). He spoke about the Tea Party movement and mentioned a lot about the soldiers. I do not quite remember what he said. Wish I paid attention more. The crowd was indeed excited to see him. I think they announced him as a presidential hopeful. I saw a few people carrying the Romney book. Not sure if there was a book signing going on.

Laura Bush gave a very nice speech and received the loudest applause thus far. She spoke about her daughters and what they were doing. She joked about how she enjoyed reading the tabloids to see what’s going on in her life. She even took out a bobble-head of herself. She also mentioned 9/11 and how when they woke her up, she wasn’t able to put on her contact lens, so George Bush had to guide her down to the bunker. While in the bunker, they learned of all the chaos that was unfolding. They awoke the next morning forever changed.

After Laura Bush spoke, a lot of people got up to go outside to get food or something.

Karl Rove came up to speak and I didn’t pay attention here.

Just as Sarah Palin was about to speak, you see people starting to walk back in. A crowd seemed to gather towards the podium with cameras in hand and the press people were around. I went up there anyway. I figured I paid this much for the ticket, might as well just go up there to get a good look and if they shoo me away, so be it, but luckily, they didn’t shoo any of us away.

The organizer of the event teased us a bit saying something about how we all must came here just to see this woman and you can hear some in the crowd whistling in anticipation and excitement. He talked a bit about her and this very touching video appeared on all the screens (one of my faves made from a fan a year ago from YouTube):

He then introduced her as “the next President of the United States,” and as she stepped out, the crowd raised to their feet and gave a thunderous applause. She definitely stole the show. She came out in her signature red/black suit and grinned from ear to ear. She radiated extreme confidence, enthusiasm and seemed to sparkle as the cameras flashes around the room. I thought I would be hearing the same speech, but what’s weird is that even though I’ve been hearing the same lines (with some new lines added), it was like the first time I’ve heard it. She was so passionate. My favorite line of the night was when she said, “Status quo is Latin for the mess we’re in.” She called the antagonist of the Tea Party, the “Cocktail Party.” When she was finished, people waved at her as she waved good-bye. I waved also, but of course, she didn’t see me. Haha. My co-worker who is a Romney fan said she was wowed by Sarah’s speech as well because she hasn’t heard any of it I think. In person you don’t hear the sometimes high-pitch tones in her voice when she gets excited. She is just amazing. I believe she will be our president in 2012.

11,000 people attended the Bakersfield event. They didn’t even check our bags even though they said they would check large bags. I had on a backpack and no one cared. The staff was definitely very friendly and my goodness, everyone was just so well dressed to the event. It was definitely not your average Tea Party folks, so if this type of elite crowd can be excited about Sarah Palin just as your average Tea Party patriot would, then I’m sure she can definitely carrying the GOP nomination!

Another Vanity Fair Hit Piece on Sarah Palin That’s Full of Lies

Wow. Just wow.  Vanity Fair is doing its 3rd hit piece on Sarah Palin and the left wing journalists are actually coming out defending her saying the VF article is full of lies or stuff they do not believe in the credibility of considering some of the stuff in it were already debunked as lies.

But as it goes, VF goes into the market and people read about her and think she’s the horrible monster that they write about.
